I have an old photocopy of a paper/tech report by Herve Gallaire
and Claudine Lasserre entitled
"Forward and Backward Execution Control
in Horn Clauses Logic Programming"
that I'd like to cite in a paper, but I have no idea where it appeared,
and I've never run into a reference to it. I would imagine the paper
appeared around 1980, since its content is almost identical to another
paper by G & L,
