[comp.lang.prolog] LP Environments workshop at ICLP'91

mireille@ecrc.de (Mireille Ducasse) (05/21/91)

 ---------------------------------
PLEASE note: It is too late to submit a paper presentation to the
workshop. However, we have planned a session of presentations of
current works. The presentations should be brief: ~5 slides, ~10mn.
They are intended as a starting point for discussion. There will be
no paper about these presentations included in the proceedings, but
we will compile a list of the presentations together with name and
address of their presenter.

You can also attend without presenting anything.

Some LOGISTICS remarks:

* The workshop is sponsored by ECRC and the University of Orleans. The
proceedings will be available free of charge for the workshop
participants. They will be available for other people at the token
charge of 20FF at ICLP. If you are interested in them and you cannot
attend the workshop try have somebody collect them at ICLP for you.

* If you want to attend the workshop you have to register officially
to the workshop (cross W5 and send form to INRIA). If you are missing
forms send a mail to symposia@cluny.inria.fr, they will send you some.

* If you register to the conference the attendance to the workshop is
free. However, you do not need to register to the conference to attend
the workshop you can register to the workshop only (300FF).

* Please, inform me of your participation to the workshop asap.

* The workshop will take place at INRIA (outside Paris). There will be
shuttles starting from Place "Charles De Gaulle-Etoile". I am familiar
with Paris underground, and I can help to reach the shuttles. I will
start from the PULLMAN at 7h30, if you want to come with me let me
know. Note, however, that if your hotel is close to Charles De
Gaulle-Etoile it could be easier and quicker for you to meet the
shuttle there.

* I will certainly organize a workshop dinner in a reasonable
restaurant on the Monday evening (should cost around 150FF per
participant).

A brief reminder if you want to attend the workshop:

- "officially" register to the workshop, cross W5 (send forms to INRIA).

- confirm asap your participation by email to mireille@ecrc.de. Tell whether
	- you intend to present your current work
(in such a case send a title + name + postal address + email
address)
	- you want to simply attend the workshop without any presentation
(in such a case send name + postal address + email address)
	- you want to attend the workshop dinner

- when you know where you will be staying in Paris (no later than June
18th) tell me whether
	- you want to be "collected" at the Pullman on the Monday morning
