Along with Bruce Spence playing two different characters
in "The Road Warrior" and "Beyond Thunderdome", the character of
Max physically changed. In the first movie, "Mad Max", he is shot
in the knee which is carried over into the second movie where he
has a pin in his leg and metal supports. In "Thunderdome", he
seems to have been cured. His eye in "Road Warrior" was rather
messed up and I almost expecting him to be wearing a patch.
