Earlier this month SIMTEL20.ARPA was upgraded from an entry-level
512KW DECSYSTEM-2040 to a 4MW DECSYSTEM-2065 with double the disk
storage space. We are now in the position to accept subscription
applications for individual access to this host from any federal
agency or contractor. The flat-rate subscription fee is $2k per FY
per login directory and includes unlimited access via MILNET TACs, 24
hours per day, except during monthly PM and weekly standalone full
filesystem backup runs. Note: this host is NOT cleared to process
sensitive material at this time.
Federal agencies must arrange for a funds transfer using the
appropriate form. Contractors must send a corporate check and must
also arrange to supply documentation citing a currently valid contract
number sent to us directly from the contracting federal agency. In
all cases, we must have on file a completed and signed hardcopy of our
UserID Request form (DOC:USERID.FORM) for each account before the
accounts can be created.
SIMTEL20.ARPA is owned and operated by the US Army Information
