Since this is the first posting, there aren't too many votes
counted. At this time, I can't accept half votes (good/excellent -->
counted as 0.5 good and 0.5 excellent; this would give a good
mapping to the -4 to +4 scale though [-4 Awful, 0 Average, +4 Excellent];
right now such a vote would be counted as good),
I feel that it breaks down the votes too much across the different
categories, but that doesn't mean my tallying method is engraved in
stone. Opinions? Anyway, if you haven't sent in your choices, do so--
we need some more votes so we can really get this thing off the
ground.
