[comp.lang.ada] Info Request

People:

I have heard through the verbal grapevine that there exists
a PUBLIC DOMAIN version of a metrics program to measure Ada 
the quality of Ada routines.

If anyone has heard of such a beast, please fire some information
my way on how I may obtain these resources.

be interested also.  Please post information on this.
