Marc Graham of the SEI (marc@sei.cmu.edu) is head of the SQL-Ada Module Extensions Design Committee (SAME-DC), sponsored by AJPO, and has a preliminary draft of a high-level SQL-Ada binding. A lower level binding has been proposed to and accepted by the ANSI committee X3H2. This represents a more detailed definition of the SQL Module-Language binding for Ada. The embedded SQL binding for Ada is out of favor with the DOD/AJPO. The X-Windows binding for Ada seems to periodically be updated on ajpo.sei.cmu.edu (available via public FTP). I don't remember where it originates, though I think there is a READ-ME file which elaborates on its origins. The GKS binding has been adopted by ANSI as far as I know, and is stable. It may also be on the ajpo.sei.cmu.edu public FTP area, and the SIMTEL-20 repository, though I am not sure. I think Harris Corp. did the original work.
