[comp.lang.ada] Risk Management & Risks w/ Ada for Real-Time & Embedded Systems

I'm looking for examples of Risk Management Plans (RMPs) that address
the use of Ada for real-time and/or embedded applications.  I'm also
interested in "lessons learned" and any major caveats from the same
domain. 

Any pointers, war stories, lessons learned, or e.g.s of RMPs 
will be gratefuly accepted.  I'm tracking this down from several angles,
so it will be a month or more, but I'll eventually post a summary to the
net...
