[comp.lang.ada] modifiable/tunable ARTEs?

Anyone know of (or even better, have any experiences with) Ada compilers
that provide tunable/tailorable/in-general-monkey-aroundable run-time
environments, or that provide specific alternative or variant run-times
(e.g., DDC-I Inc.'s optional modifications to support dynamic task
priorities, priority select alternatives, etc.)?
