In a press release dated June 10 (yesterday), Alsys announced that it had signed a merger agreement with Systeam that calls for merger of the two companies. Systeam will become Alsys GmbH, the German arm of Alsys, following Alsys companies in France, the US, the UK, and Sweden. The projected 1990 revenues of the combined companies is expected to be in excess of $25 million, with an estimated company size of 225 employees. -- Karl -- Karl A.
