This ASR is available via FTP on the Internet. If you are interested in further information, send a request to ADA-SW-REQUEST@WSMR-SIMTEL20.ARMY.MIL and ask for the welcome message. For those of you already using the ASR, there will be a new ASR User's Handbook in the directory PD2:<ADA.GENERAL> in a day or two (announcement will be made to ADA-SW when it is posted). Of course, there is also the ASR Master Index (in PD2: <ADA.MASTER-INDEX>) which is a complete index to all items in the ASR and the dBASE III compatible database files (ADA.DB and ADA.HDR in PD2:<ADA>) which contain a summary of the index. I have heard quite a bit about the ASR and I am interested in accessing many of the files in it. The only problem is that I only have UUCP access and everything I have seen about it talks about FTP access. Is there any sort of UUCP e-mail server on the ASR, and if so how to I make requests from it? Loren L. Hart loren@cup.portal.com San Jose, California
