For each movie, the number of votes in each of the five categories.
Since votes can be split across two adjacent categories, totals for
a category are not necessarily integers.
TOT shows the total number of votes cast for that movie.
SCORE is the average of all of the votes for the movie using the
following point scale:
Excellent 4
Excellent/Good 3
Good 2
Good/Average 1
Average 0
Average/Poor -1
Poor -2
Poor/Awful -3
Awful -4
These two quantities are given only for those movies with more than
five votes.
The totals line at the bottom shows the distribution of votes among
the five categories and the total number of votes cast, along with
the average over all votes cast.
To submit a vote, simply send me mail at the address below listing
each movie you wish to vote for, one to a line, and the vote you
give it: Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, Awful. You may split a vote
across two adjacent categories-- see below. It would be most helpful
if you separate the movie title and your vote with a single tab:

etc.....
Duplicate votes will be rejected. Movies which have not received
any votes for two weeks will be put on the next posting's "EXPIRING"
list, like the one above. If a third week passes and the movie has
still not received a vote, it is archived and dropped from the list.

There is a bug in the shell that creates the responding mail that
people submitting votes receive. Split votes are not always
recognised properly, and the result is an incorrect vote reported.
The split votes are being tallied correctly-- that work is done by a
different routine. The bug has been fixed, and I have tried to send
out responses to those of you who noticed a problem and got in touch
with me.
