[net.movies] Two questions on "Back to the Future"

<munch, munch>

I haven't read any posted articles on "Back to the Future",
so forgive me if these points have been brought up.

 1) Was Marty's brother at the end of the move John Mcenroe (sp?) ?
I didn't see his name in any of the credits but I could've sworn it was him.
If it was John was his brother also John at the beginning of the movie ?

 2) When Marty shows Doc the Flux Capacitor after he convinces Doc to come
with hime to where he hid the car, I noticed something on the piece
of paper Doc wrote in the bathroom. If I'm not mistaken it says on the
    piece of paper :

		FLUX COMPR...

and the rest I couldn't see. I theorize that someone made a mistake
and thought that it was a Flux Compressor. Did anyone notice this ?
Am I crazy ? If anybody sees the movie in the near future please look
    for this.

				Thanx,

Marty's brother was not John McEnroe at any point in the
movie....I've seen the movie several times and I'm absolutely sure. He does
look a lot like Johnny though...

And I did see FLUX COMPR... on the drawing Doc did in the bathroom. I'm
glad somebody else noticed this too.

I have an interesting question: Is November 5 .... an important day for time
travel? Both _Back_to_the_Future_ and _Time_After_Time_ (about H.G. Wells
and Jack the Ripper) use that day as either a takeoff or arrival date....are
there other movies that use this day...or is it just a coincidence?

Given the nature of _Back_to_the_Future_, it's probably not a coincidence.
There's a good chance it copied the date from _Time_After_Time_ -- there
are many such references in the movie.
