Gee, this group has become mighty slow lately, probably because *NIX and Forth don't mix too well (personally I only use this *NIX system for News and Mail). Well there is nothing like rumors to get things going, like the secret project at Borland for "Turbo Forth". What is it like? Will it revolutionize Forth by forcing a popular standard, at last? Perhaps more pressing, heard anything about the next Forth standard? Apparently it will be a real "ANSI Standard". I just hope it recognizes 32 bit (or larger) environments, and doesn't redefine primitives like 83 Standard did. Tom Almy tektronix!tekgvs!toma (I'll be at Rochester this week.
