You can now access the PD version of Forth83 for the SUN workstation
on eecae.ee.msu.edu via anonymous ftp. Since eecae.ee.msu.edu is rather
new to the Internet, you may not have the address in your /etc/hosts
file. The Internet address is 35.8.8.151 . For those of you not familiar
with ftp:
ftp
open eecae.ee.msu.edu
{log on as "anonymous" and send any ascii string for a password}
cd pub
set type binary
get README {this has instructions for unpacking}
get forth.tar.Z
close
quit
The file forth.tar.Z is about 975KB so the transfer could take you
awhile.
