[comp.lang.forth] mvp to prodos

I am working on an application in MVP Forth, and want to be able to write
data directly to a text file on an Apple ][ Prodos (Prodos8, I guess)
formatted disk, so that the data can be accessed directly by Appleworks.
Can anyone help?
