All I can say, and this is my own opinion, not that of the Forth Interest Group, is that Larry has been promising and promising issue two of volume five, and he has not kept his promises made in public, private or via telecom. We all love and appreciate JFAR, and all the magnificent work that Larry has done to make Forth scholarship respectable to the eyes of academia, but it is time for him to shit or get off the pot. --- jack woehr
