JForth is from Delta Research, Inc. I used to carry literature from them everywhere with me, but just recently stopped, so I can't give more details just now. Also for the Amiga is Multi-Forth, from CSA, Inc. (Creative Solutions, Inc.) If you can't wait for my next msg. with address details, the latest Amazing Computing magazine has articals on both of these forths (one describes Multi- Forth as a "designer's language", the other reviews JForth's Version 2.) As for what I use, I don't use Multi-forth anymore. Part of the reason is dissatisfaction with company policy where pricing is concerned-I paid around $300 for my original version, which was flawed. The update cost another something like $75, and then that version's list price dropped below $100. I have trashed every update notice since then, so it may be a useable product by now. JForth's clonable Version 2 serves my Amiga Forth needs very nicely now. -raybro ***If my company ever finds out I have an opinion, They'll change it...***
