Hi all, again,
In addition to providing a ForthNet -> comp.lang.forth link, I'm also
interested in moving files from ForthNet's BBS and GEnie libraries into
the forth directory on simtel20. I realize that someone has already posted
complaining about the lack of available FTP access to simtel20, but there is
around somewhere a shell script 'autoftp' which will do that. I don't have
my hands on yet (Hi Gary, still poking about...), but when I do I'll be
uploading it to GEnie (details as they are relevant). I will also entertain
mail requests for it, if you can give me a valid return path.
This function will definitely not start until Jan '90. I need
to get lists of what is already available where and figure out the gaps.
I imagine I'll be posting my proposed file availabilites here for comment,
since the point of putting the stuff in simtel20 in the first place is to
put the useful and high-demand stuff there.
