One thing I forgot to mention in my previous note was how to access
SIMTEL20. Thomas Rolfs's OLIS server has a file on this very thing.
Ask the OLIS server to send you SIMTEL20. It not only has directions
on how to access SIMTEL20, but it has a (slightly out of date) listing
of relevant files. Best bet is to always double check with SIMTEL20
because file names often contain version numbers, which means when new
versions of files are added to the archive the names of the files change.
