 I can provide you with a ROMable 32-bit 68000 version of Laxen &
 Perry's F83 and a version of their metacompiler which runs on
 the IBM-clone version F83.   You'd just need to code the i/o
 routines. The disk block handlers can be omitted, or used with
 a so-called "serial-disk" -- that is, a suitable terminal emulator
 (also available) can feed blocks on demand over the same serial
 i/o path used for the console.  This Forth is not clever, modern,
 or especially fast, but it works for me.
