In a private message to me, Paul Bartholdi pointed out a previously- unaired argument in favor of electronic distribution. I would like to pass it on. Even though $10 is not a lot of money, for people in Europe it can be a lot of trouble to get the US currency, not to mention the time it takes for the mail to get through. It's a pity that this raging discussion didn't come up sooner, near the beginning of the ANS process rather than near the end. Mitch
