Remember it? >... *Nobody* could stand watching it. >It was *that* bad!!! I have to disagree with putting _Megaforce_ on the totally bad list. I had lots of fun watching that movie. I don't believe I've laughed that much in a long while. Ever so often there were tight shots of the male lead's backside that made me wonder about the sexual proclivities of the cameraman. There were more shots of Bostwick than of his "sexy" female costar. The outfits that they made him wear were so silly, I was sure this film was supposed to be a farce, somewhat like Buckaroo Banzai, but not as "serious". What super hero is going to wear platform shoes and lycra pantsuits (with bell-bottoms)? It's almost impossible to drive a motorcycle with shoes like that. And then there was the final scene, I kept saying, "No, they wouldn't do that... would they?" A motorcycle (with parachute) drops from the plane (with rider aboard) and actually lands wheels down! Maybe this is just a matter of attitude, I thought it was a farce and so I enjoyed it, you thought it was serious and it WAS awful in that light. Ah well, so much for my opinion. Michele

I nominate perhaps the worst film I have ever seen, although no movie has ever forced me out of the theatre yet (when you pays your bucks...): "Night of the Juggler". I saw it on a sneak preview in NYC, and I don't think it ever opened, although it just ran on local tv. It was based on a pretty good book, by William Diehl, I think. Absolutely awful: one long chase scene for the whole damn movie, with Cliff Gorman as the psycho and James Brolin, doing his usual wooden bit. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Meredith Lesly {mit-eddie, ihnp4!inmet, wjh12, cca, datacube} !mirror!mer
