When the words FAR-IN and FAR-OUT were added to the ANS Forth Basis, Don Colburn noted that the hyphen should be pronounced "freakin'", as in "far freakin' out". Other similar but stronger pronunciations were also suggested. FAR-IN/OUT have now been removed from Basis, but Don persists in the pronunciation, as in "read freakin' file".
