I protest. I have neither nominated nor seconded anything for the
list. As I have said many times in the past, the REALLY bad films
never get a release and are seen by only a handful of people. I have
mentioned each of the films above, but neither as nominations nor as
seconding. Someone mentioned some Azalea films so I gave some
information about them. Someone referred to THE MOLD FROM OUTER SPACE,
I said that the actual title was MUTINY IN OUTER SPACE. I mentioned
SPACE MONSTER because it really was a not very good film, but not the
one that the poster (Madden?) was referring to. I can think of worse
films than some of the above. FIRE MAIDENS FROM OUTER SPACE is worse
than some of the above, so is KING DINOSAUR, or for that matter, PLANET
OF THE DINOSAURS. How about CURSE OF THE SWAMP CREATURE or ATTACK OF
THE GIANT LEECHES? A few months ago when a similar discussion came up
I claimed the worst *I had seen* was either CREEPING TERROR or THEY
SAVED HITLER'S BRAIN. Then there is an incredible array of Mexican and
Filipine films. At that time very few people had ever heard of them,
it seemed. At least this time around CREEPING TERROR got some
discussion. In any case, I don't see a lot of point in looking for bad
films. Good films, yes. But not bad films.
