--- Solicitation Request ---
Doug Philips (FNEAS) and I are going to produce a periodical posting
(monthly is the current plan) for Usenet comp.lang.forth / ForthNet
based on the 'frequently asked questions' model, comp.unix.questions,
and similar to Tommy Rolf's OLIS.
The sole purpose of this posting will be to address frequently asked
questions found on comp.lang.forth, in the hope it will help reduce
the load imposed by these repeat questions.
Included in the proposed list are the following:
- Public domain and shareware kernels
- Recommended texts/references
- Resources
We would very much appreciate input and suggestions from all readers
of this notice.
o On Usenet send replies to ... uunet!vax.cs.pitt.edu!willett!dwp
-or- ... uunet!ddi1!lrark!glsrk!gars
o On GEnie send replies to D.PHILIPS3 or GARY-S
o On ForthNet reply in FORTH Conference to Gary Smith

This may have been asked before but what the heck, I will ask it again. Are
there any programs readily available that will strip the RTF formatting from
BASIS documents. I have a file that describes RTF formatting, but I don't
feel like re-inventing the wheel today.
tnx,
Randy Lawrence KG7GI
