Don't forget that it's tricky for LF to act properly when he's deaf - also makes his speech odd. But, it's quite a handicap to have overcome. -- Nigel Sharp National Optical Astronomy Observatories Tucson, Arizona (602) 325-9273 UUCP: {akgua,allegra,arizona,decvax,hao,ihnp4,lbl-csam,seismo}!noao!sharp ARPA: noao!sharp@lbl-csam.arpa

>Why not mention the version of Hercules that starred Arnold >Sch. himself, clearly at a very early stage of his career. It is somewhat lame but there are much worse films. Few people seem to know about HERCULES IN NEW YORK (a.k.a. HERCULES: THE MOVIE) and that Arnold Schwarznegger was in it because on its main release he went under the name Arnold Strong. I suspect because the real name did not have marquee appeal (that is a pretty tough name to put on a marquee!) and so they could say it starred Arnold Stang and Arnold Strong. It later was re-released with the strong man's real name when Schwarznegger's name had some value on a marquee. His voice was dubbed for the film, incidently, though most of the other actors spoke with their real voices. Mark Leeper ...ihnp4!mtgzz!leeper
