The ANS Forth Basis15 is now available on kth.se [130.237.72.201] in /doc/Forth/basis15.arc. It contains two files in Microsoft Word RTF-format. This is a PRE-RELEASE draft of the proposed American National Standard for Forth Programming Systems. This draft is subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of the X3J14 Technical Committee. It is likely that some sections of this document may change significantly prior to its forwarding as a draft proposed American National Standard. This draft is distributed solely for the purpose of review and comment and should not be used as a design document. It is inappropriate to claim compatibility with this draft standard, since it is still in development and may contain errors and may not even be internally consistent. Also, if you don't have Microsoft Word available you might find this package useful: Distribution 1.06a1 (alpha 1) of an RTF file reading tool is available for anonymous FTP on host indri.primate.wisc.edu [128.104.230.11] in the directory ~ftp/pub/RTF.
