The BASIS15 document is available from the FIDO node Alkmaar HOLLAND. (31) 72-126783. It has been compressed by LHARC that can be down loaded from that bulletin board also. FIDO ALKMAAR is a bulletin board of the Dutch HCC, (Hobby Computer Club), and access for non-members is somewhat restricted, but you will have no problems down loading it. The HCC is the largest computer club in the world, and very well organised. (Over fifty K members) Currently the dutch FIG chapter is incorporated in the HCC, with benefit to both. FIDO ALKMAAR serves communication within the Dutch FIG chapter (among other things). If you want to contact Dutch FORTHers this is the place. The Dutch FIG chapter was there from the early days, (Did you know that the first implementations of 31 character names and compiler security came from Holland?) Virtually nobody uses blocks any more over here, certainly not those (I know at least half a dozen!) who started metacompiling there own forths 8 years ago.
