announced the creation of an independent Smalltalk users' group (OOPSTAD), 
with an associated newsletter (HOOPLA) and bbs system:

one may also login via the user names nuucp or oopbb to the machine 
answering at the telephone number given above.

  We here at ParcPlace Systems will be contributing to both the newsletter 
and to the bbs, and urge others interested in Smalltalk to to the same.
