In terms of alternate versions of various films, I know of 2 that are quite noticeable. In National Lampoon's "Vacation", the scene where Chevy Chase stops the car to ask for directions in the red-light district has been totally replaced. The man he asks, instead of spewing obscenities, simply comments sarcastically "What do I look like, Christopher Columbo?" I was also informed that the videocassette of Blade Runner contains various scenes of bloody violence that were edited from the actual theater release.
