I would like to convert Smalltalk forms into the format required by the Macintosh MacPaint utility. I am running ParcPlace Smalltalk-80 V2.2 on Sun-3s and would like to file out forms so that I can transfer them to a Macintosh for incorporation into documents. If you have a goodie for doing this (or part of this) then I would be delighted to hear from you. Thanks, Kevin -- --------- Kevin Waite: kww@cs.glasgow.ac.uk Department of Computing Science, University of Glasgow. 17 Lilybank Gardens, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G12 8RZ.

In ParcPlace Smalltalk version 2.2 there's a file utilities/Form-MacPaint-???.st (I'm on a sys 5 machine with 14 char filenames) which does exactly what you want (reading and writing MacPaint files). I think it is also in the 2.3 release. If not, I could mail the code to you or post it if it's ok with ParcPlace.
