[comp.lang.smalltalk] Text entry fields; Form input

I was wondering if anyone on the net would have some source or
a pluggable view that would be similar to a text entry field on a form. 
I am trying to set up a data entry screen, and TextView or CodeView do 
not seem to work the way I want them to.  

I am using version 2.3 of ParcPlace ST-80.

I would appreciate any help you could provide.
