Is volume 2 (Windows) of the Pugh/LaLonde book, "Inside Smalltalk," already out? According to the last I heard, it should have been available since September. Our bookshops here have never heard of it, but then they are usually somewhat out of touch. So: (1) is it available? (2) if so, can someone tell me the ISBN number? (3) I know of two editions of the first volume. I have the hardcover edition, therefore I'd like the same for the second volume. If you know any of the ISBN's for volume 2, please state whether you have hard- or softcover. Thanks in advance.
