OK, so I finally bit the bullet, and got me a Smalltalk platform for home. It's an old Tektronix 4404, with 64K OOPs and an old interpreter and image, but it'll do for a start for learning purposes. And not a bad deal for a complete running system with full spares and all the manuals and Prolog and Lisp for just $850. So, someone must be archiving a pile of ST80 goodies for anon FTP, but where? And how can I tell if a particular goodie won't run on this ancient image? Just another ST80 newbie, -- /=Randal L.
