Has anyone done any work with GemStone to make the two object space approach appear as a single object space to the applications programmer, specifically for Smalltalk. We would like our applications programmers to have the minimum knowledge about Gem and Opal as possible. Key concerns are with performance, concurrency control, and identifing which Smalltalk objects have been modified.
