[comp.lang.smalltalk] Methods Missing from Smalltalk/V Mac

	Four instance methods for SubPane are missing from
Smalltalk/V Mac (R1.1):

		scrollBarFini
		scrollBarIncludes:
		scrollBarInit
		scrollBarUpdate

I checked the "as-shipped" version of the image (to make sure I hadn't
removed them by accident) and they weren't there, either. The manual
on page 447 indicates that they SHOULD be present. The Errata file
makes no mention of missing methods.

Now, I'm not in a big rush to get these methods (I'm a novice and I'm
still just poking around) but where there's smoke, there's fire....
Are there any OTHER methods missing from ST/V Mac? If so, where/how
can I get fileins for them?
