Someone told me in an Object-Oriented Programming class I recently too at my university that Smalltalk 80 was avilable for a DOS box in 386 protected mode. I know it will eventually come from Parc Place, but could someone clue me in as to where to buy it ? Also heard about a rather large educational discount for students ? I have version 2.5 and I paid Can$232.00 (taxes included). Version 4.00 stands at US$320.00 (this I saw in this newsgroup). I do not see any advantage for myself in upgrading, so I have no idea what is the Canadian price. -- ======================================================================== Andrzej Bieszczad | Phone: (613) 763-2259 Bell-Northern Research, Ltd. | Fax: (613) 763-3283 Dept. 7G12, P.O.
