In the May 1991 Communications of the ACM, I published an installment of my Practical Programmer column entitled, "Testing Made Palatable." While it concerns testing in general, it describes how we implemented automated testing in our Smalltalk project, and how we incorporated the use of this tool into our development cycle. I'd be interested in comments from the Smalltalk community. All sorts of advice and constructive criticism are welcome, as we are planning to make our Test Manager available on The Net.
