For a few applications in my lab, we have build LISP-based programs which can call MPW-compat FORTRAN programs (the FORTRAN we use is Language Systems FORTRAN on a macintosh). For a number of reasons, I am shifting activity in my lab over to be ST based (PP rel 4). From the manual for PP ST it seems that calling C programs is doable, but there is never explicit mention of calling modules in any other programming language. If you have had experience using the User Defined Primitives in PP ST to interface to FORTRAN programs, could you email me a synopsis of your experience - like especially was it successful...
