Appologies to those who are still waiting. Not only was I snowed under by requests but various people gave addresses which my feeds claimed "can not be contacted". Since this source was posted to COMPUSERVE and no one seems to know why I shouldn't post it, here it is. Sorry about those outside of North America, but I will obey the ill formed restriction about foreign countries. I know Canada and Mexico are foreign countries but.....
