[comp.lang.lisp] Mysterious Scheme references?

  While reading about Scheme, I have seen mention of some books
which I am unable to find in the "Books In Print" tome.
    Did these books every make it to publication? If so, what are
the full citations? (ANY additional information would help). Perhaps
someone from Indiana is listening out there?
