[comp.lang.lisp] UCI lisp -> commmon lisp translation

Does anyone know of any programs that would help translate some old
UCI lisp code into common lisp?  Any ideas or leads would be
appreciated.  (Actually, the old code is Rutgers lisp, a close variant
of UCI lisp.)
