I'm going to be teaching a LISP course this Winter for cognitive science students (who are going into an AI course that uses Steve Tanimoto's book). The goal of the course is to prepare them for understanding the code in the new edition of Steve's book (which includes programs in Commmon LISP). I'll probably be using Touretzky's LISP book (the new Common LISP version). The lab I'll be using has a dozen or two 286-based machines running DOS. I'd like to find the addresses/phone numbers of LISP vendors who sell Common LISP (at least covering the examples in Touretzky's book) that sell site licenses (educational discounts?) for the above mentioned machines. I'm more interested in getting a good and affordable LISP than getting the "best" one. Thanks for any pointers. Rich Pattis
