In the book "Computer-Aided Financial Analysis" by Ross M. Miller mention is made of a disk with "Extensive spreadsheet and LISP examples from the book". Unfortunately, I did not see where it said how one obtains this disk. Does anyone know where this software can be found (either online or from someone who has it)? Or, does anyone know Ross Miller's email address (he is/was at GE Research). Ira H. Fuchs Computing and Information Technology Princeton University

The last printed page of the book has a "coupon" that you can xerox and send in to receive all LISP and spreadsheet code for a reproduction charge of $5. With rare exceptions all LISP code runs under both XLISP (a copy of which is included on the distrubtion disk) and Common LISP. Black-Scholes and binomial option pricing models, duration analysis, dynamic decision tree/cash flow analysis programs, etc. are all on the disk. Alternative methods of distributing the code (while maintaining its integrity) are under consideration (I offered to allow both Gold Hill and Franz to distribute the code free with their product, but they never responded to my offer).
