Has anyone succesfully recompiled akcl on a sparc under sunOs 4.1. When I've tried, it crashes in linking the lsp files. ld says that the .o files have a bad secondary magic number. It seems that it don't like the concatenation of the .data files at the end of the .o files. Can anyone help me ? Pascal Meheut. pascal@cnam.cnam.fr, pascal@ccv.fr

Fred Lakin at the Stanford Center for Design Research / VA Hospital Palo Alto has been able to get this to work, by editing the magic number manually. But he is looking for a clean solution. No, I don't have his electronic mail address. John Nagle John Nagle
