[comp.lang.lisp] Passing a pointer array to a C function

Would somebody please tell me how to call a C function which
expects pointers to arrays in its argument.  My problem is how 
to find the address of an array in lisp.  I am using Lucid
Common Lisp.  I could not find a book which address this problem.
Any suggestions.  Thanks for the help.
