The responses to the sf poll have started to slow down. However, so far I have received 12 responses, and hopefully a few more will arrive soon. I have discovered that if you ask 12 people to name their top 3 books or series in sf, you get 36 (well, not quite) different book titles. How- ever, a few titles have repeated. Current leader is now Thomas Covenant, followed by The Moon is a Harsh Mistress. LOTR (Lord of the Rings) is in third, with about 20 other titles following it. If you haven't voted already, please send me your top three sf books or series. When the responses stop, I'll publish the entire voting results. (You only have to send me the names of the top three books/series, not the books/series themselves, contrary to what I said two sentences ago.) Jim Grosch harpo!jtg
