[comp.lang.lisp] KCL under VAX/VMS ?

Would someone please tell me if :-

	1.	KCL works as supplied under VAX/VMS.  If not,

	2.	Where can I get a copy that does, or finally,

	3.	Why it can't be ported to VAX/VMS (:-().

I have looked for a FAQ listing for some time, but haven't been able to find
one.
