[comp.lang.lisp] Where do I get Public Domain Common Lisp?

I really hate to ask this question because I know I just haven't been
listening to this 
group enough.  No flames please. Where can I get a public domain Common
Lisp (kcl?).  Unfortunately, I don't have ftp access.  Also where do I
get PCL from?  Thanks.
